Dr. Wentland is local to the Buffalo area: she grew up in Hamburg, NY and attended Medaille college for her undergraduate. She then pursued her doctorate at St. George’s University, and completed her clinicals at Ohio State. She is Fear Free Certified, and has helped with high volume spay/neuter clinics at the Columbus Humane Society and in Grenada. Her clinical interests are in shelter medicine and feline medicine. Dr. Wentland is the proud pet parent to three cats: Guacamole, Chip, and Pico, and outside of work she enjoys kayaking, reading, and hiking. She was also scuba certified while living in Grenada.
